At 9. 30 travel to c. Telavi( Kakheti region) which is famous for its winemaking. The road takes approximately 2 hours (The city is located on foot-hills
of Tsiv-Gombori Range, at 500-800 meters above the sea level, 70 km from Tbilisi. Telav known since I century BC. Is an important trading center on the caravan route from Middle East to Europe. In the XI and XVII to the XVIII century Telavi was the capital
of Kakheti kingdom. )

Excursion to Sighnaghi (Small town in eastern
Georgia, on a hillside in the historic region
of Kakheti. Center for History and geographic area Kiziki. Located on the terraces, connecting winding steep streets. Houses built in the style
of Southern Italian classicism with Georgian elements. Famous for its eponymous fortress on the list
of the most famous and largest castles in
Georgia. The walls
of the castle miraculously survived and now surround the old part
of town and go far beyond the city boundaries. The wall has 28 watchtowers, with a magnificent view over the valley Alazani. )

Visiting Monasteric complex Bodbe (25 km from Sighnaghi) The Monastery
of St. George at Bodbe is a Georgian Orthodox monasteric complex and the seat
of the Bishops
of Bodbe. Originally built in the 9th century, it has been significantly remodeled, especially in the 17th century. The monastery now functions as a nunnery and is one
of the major pilgrimage sites in
Georgia, due to its association with St. Nino, the 4th-century female evangelist
of Georgians, whose relics are shrined there.

of Mtskheta, the ancient capital
of Georgia.
Visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (XI century), and Jvari (Georgian monastery and a temple on a hilltop at the confluence

of St Nina. Dzhvari - the perfection
of architectural forms - is one
of masterpieces
of architecture and the first in the
Georgia World Heritage Site by UNESCO. )

Visiting church Gelati (The Monastery
of Gelati is a monastic complex near Kutaisi, Imereti, western
Georgia. It contains the Church
of the Virgin founded by the King
of Georgia David the Builder in 1106, and the 13th-century churches
of St George and St Nicholas. The Gelati Monastery for a long time was one
of the main cultural and intellectual centers in
Georgia.
The Gelati Monastery has preserved a great number
of murals and manuscripts dating back to the 12th-17th centuries. The Khakhuli triptych had also been enshrined at Gelati until being stolen in 1859.
In Gelati is buried one
of the greatest Georgian kings, David the Builder (Davit Agmashenebeli in Georgian). Near his grave are the gates
of Ganja, which were taken as trophies by king Demetre I in 1139.
In 1994, Gelati Monastery was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. )
Visiting Sataplea cave (Sataplia State Reserve is a most multifarious and very rare monument. It is
of complex character and contains geologic, paleontological, speleological and botanical monuments. The Sataplia Mountain is famous by its rarest and the most beautiful caves. This cave was firstly noticed by Kutaisi museum employee, pedagogues P. Chabukiani who was able to make organization
of this valuable monument protection by the local government, and in 1933, there was found a dinosaur trace. Sataplia State Nature Reserve was created in 1935 to protect geological, paleontological, speleological and botanical monuments. )

Stroll around Batumi famous boulevard ( Beauty
of the magnificent seaside town
of Batumi is its stunning seaside park, which the locals call themselves the boulevard. Throughout a long stretch

of the capital
of Adjara.

of Queen Tamar and her father, George XIII
